great stay with minor comfort issues

The cleanliness of our Queen Room stood out. The convenient ability to connect our Netflix account to the TV added a fun touch to our evenings.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable.

Clean room, delightful decor, with fast WiFi and a personal coffee machine that made mornings enjoyable during my six-night stay as a solo traveler.

The Henry's in a prime spot for munching — try the Angus beef at Halepi just a stone's throw away! The stylish vibe of the hotel and super-friendly staff just add to the tasty experience. A true culinary gem!

But, the room was a bit of a squeeze, and if you wanted cleaning every day, they hit you with a £25 fee. Sustainability or just penny-pinching? Who's to say!

The check-in process is unnecessarily complex!!! Room sizes are disappointingly small, making it hard to move about comfortably. The noise from outside is intrusive and detracts from the overall experience!!!

Loved the stylish decor and the fact that the tube was just a hop away! The room was cozy and had everything I needed. Plus, I could constantly replenish my tea—thank goodness for that!

The pillows were fluffier than a cloud, but not in a good way! charging extra for cleaning? Cheeky, if you ask me!

the hotel was super clean and new! great location near hyde park and loads of tube stations. the room had everything i needed like a hairdryer and tv. loved that there were lockers to store my bags since check-in is at 4pm. loved the coffee and croissants available at reception.

staff seemed really out of it and barely said anything when i walked in. also, the room was quite small and i had issues with the noise from outside.

The location is commendable, being just a short walk from Hyde Park and close to several tube stations, making city navigation a breeze. Thoughtful touches like the Davines toiletries in the well-equipped bathroom and mobile charging stations were pleasantly surprising.

Having one elevator out of service during my stay created long waits for the only functioning one, leading to some inconvenience. The lack of a fridge in the room was unexpected. it would have been handy for keeping drinks cold after long days exploring. I also found the room temperature hard to regulate. the air conditioning system had a mind of its own, stubbornly adjusting back to a warm setting despite my attempts to cool things down. I noticed the TV remote was in desperate need of a cleaning, which is less than ideal considering hygiene standards.

The banging noise from nearby maintenance equipment was relentless and frustrating, ruining sleep for two nights straight. The bed felt firmer than expected, which might be an issue for those who prefer a softer mattress. Small room size limited space for luggage and belongings, making it cramped, especially for a couple.

I loved the contactless entry. it made checking in a breeze! The shower pressure was fantastic, and I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. I would definitely choose this place again.

This was a great match for a brief stop-in in London with good value. The staff were friendly and really helpful during my stay. Make sure to check in early if you can, the 4 PM baseline was tough.
